Senior Account Executive

We are looking for an experienced Sales Professional to help grow revenue and establish themselves as a respected leader in the North American  Telecommunications and Software industry focused specifically on customizing solutions for mid-market and emerging enterprise accounts. 

We’re hiring a sharp, enthusiastic, and driven Senior Account Executive (AE) who has a clear understanding of how to navigate prospective customers through a sales cycle, from inception to close. The successful candidate will possess tenacity in their daily approach and have experience consistently achieving their quarterly and annual goals.

The successful Account Executive will work closely with Epik’s VP of Sales. Successful candidates will be experienced and self-managed sales professionals with a proven track record, polished business acumen,  a love for technology, and a fun sense of humor. 

The Structure

 Epik structures its sales team into a combination of SDRs, Account Executives (AEs), and Customer Success Managers (CSM’s). The team works together as a unit and shares in the overall compensation of the group, which is based on Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR). 

The AE is responsible for prospecting new business, closing prospective clients, and creating new channels of revenue! Epik has built a sales-driven organization and it is our job to ensure our Account Executives are successful which is why we have constructed our workflow to ensure you can spend the majority of your time with prospective customers, ultimately closing more business! We're looking for sales executives who have the experience to embed themselves into a sales cycle and be successful while also being comfortable making prospecting calls to open up prospective accounts.

 

What to Expect from the Role

You’ll work from our Toronto Head Office in Yorkville with successful Account Executives to build a viable revenue pipeline for your targeted accounts and although we prefer hiring candidates from industry, we'll teach you on our technology platform and how to reach your personal and professional goals!
