- Queued Calls Pane
This is where you manage queued calls. You need to have the BroadWorks Supervisor service assigned to have access to this feature.
- Logo Pane
The logo pane displays links to other pages or functions of Receptionist and provides information about the logged-in user. It also displays an error, warning, and information messages to the user.
